About
I am a retired Software Engineer / Technical Leader who has worked with Computer Networking, Software
Defined Networking, Datacenter Systems, Security, and Site Reliability Engineering.
Past gigs include technical
roles at Google, Extreme Networks, Remedy, Netlabs, and co-founder of a startup that nobody has
heard of.
My current interests include applications of GPT AI technology, Cloud Infrastructure, basic IOT, Web App development in Python, learning the Dev tools we didn't use inside Google, and right at the moment, hand coding HTML.
My hobbies include swimming, golf, sailing, and walking the Baylands with our labradoodle Kona. (Re golf: I am amazed when the golf ball gets up in the air and goes sort of straight!) And, I do a little yoga so I can do the other activities.
